Mango Banana Smoothie

Mango BananaIt’s been awhile since I posted my last smoothie recipe, so I thought I should post another delicious, healthy treat for everyone to enjoy. This one is so simple you’ll be wondering why you hadn’t thought it up yourself. Waiting for my mango to ripen was actually the hardest part of making this smoothie, well that and not dropping the slippery, juicy mango while I sliced it up. I guess I should have watched this video first. Oh well, I made it through. ;-)

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 serving of Noosa Honey yoghurt
  • 2 frozen bananas

Directions

  1. Add all of the non-frozen ingredients together and mix until liquified.
  2. Add the frozen ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Add a little more water if your smoothie gets too thick for your liking (or your blender).

(Makes about 24oz. or 3 cups)
